We Are Excited for You to Join Us

Welcome

Enroll now and be part of a community at our school that not only celebrates success, embraces diversity, and fosters a love for learning but also values each individual, fostering a culture of inclusivity and respect. Here, you're not just a student; you're an integral part of a family that supports and encourages your unique journey. Our dedicated educators, along with a comprehensive curriculum, ensure an enriching academic experience tailored to your individual strengths and aspirations. Every day at our school is an opportunity to discover, grow, and achieve.

Students are offered an opportunity to register at the Children’s Village School through the unique setting placement process. This consultative process involving parents and guardians, your child’s community school and the area learning team is based on documented educational needs and current assessment information regarding a student’s complex social, emotional and learning profile.

For parents and guardians who are considering whether their student may benefit from the therapeutic programming offered at CVS, the first step would always be to connect with administration at your designated CBE community school to discuss your child’s learning needs. The community school will collaborate and may implement additional supports and services to help foster student success. Should there continue to be evidence that a student requires more intensive supports, alternative educational placements may be explored. Please see the CBE website to access descriptions of the range of specialized programs and unique settings available within CBE.

When a student is offered an educational placement at Children's Village School, parents and/or guardians have the option of accepting or declining the unique setting placement. Once placement has been accepted, staff from Children’s Village School will call you to book a tour and intake meeting, where a supported transition plan will be developed.

Non-Canadian & International Students

Welcome to Our Diverse and Inclusive Academic Community!

We are thrilled to extend a warm welcome to non-Canadian students who are eager to embark on an enriching educational journey with us. Our schools are welcoming, caring, respectful and safe environments where students will learn, make new friends, and discover their talents and interests. Students who are not Canadian citizens must register through CBE Welcome Centre, even if they have attended school elsewhere in Canada.
